Hidden gem 5 mins away from Denmark town tucked away in a quiet and elevated site next to the beautiful Wilson inlet. Magnifient and unobstructed water view from the upper level, surrounded by trees and bushes. This family friendly holiday house equipped with kitchen and 3 separate masterbed room with ensuite. Upstairs loft is a studio with balcony facing Wilson inlet. Quality towels and toiletries supplied. We had 3 families with kids staying here for 3 nights and absolutely loving it. Friendly owner and easy to communicate with.

For our 20th wedding anniversary we thought we would stay somewhere nice, and we stumbled on this gem !! By far the best place we have ever stayed, brilliant location, immaculately clean , well designed and built accommodation & furnished with top quality furniture and appliances. Has a very homely feel to it and we will definitely be back . Is also well worth booking in for a massage whilst there . Just a brilliant place to stay.

I wish I had read the recent reviews before booking a two night stay at Margaret River Retreat in a glamping tent. Our experience was similar.We arrived for 3pm check in as advertised but reception was vacant, phoned the number listed and 30 minutes later were greeted and were taken to the tent we would be staying in (3:30pm). On arrival, the tent was not prepared and we were told it would take 1hour to setup. Another couple were in the same position as us as we were waiting at 3pm together and their tent was not ready. We left and went into Margaret River with our 2.5year old. We returned to the tent at 5:00pm and found the tent made up with our bed for the night + two extra beds in the tent unmade, one with the previous stays sheets left on top (refer photo).There was no globe in the light fitting and no heater supplied. The light was remedied quickly though when requested.Bins overflowing in the shared spaces (kitchen, toilets, showers etc). Common areas unclean and no cleaning in these areas took place over the duration of our stay.It bucketed 40mm rain and the tent withstood it all, so the weather conditions shouldn’t put you off.It is a nice location and setting but we wouldn’t return after this stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in Mira. The accommodation was immaculately clean and we loved the attention to detail, including plunger coffee and filtered water. Bathroom amenities were beautiful and we loved the fluffy bathrobes and towels. A very peaceful spot and we will be back next time we visit Denmark.

Not our first time and won’t be our last! Another delicious lunch. All choices were very unique and beautifully delivered. From the oysters to the crispy salmon was a mouth watering journey. The Amaroo people are five star too. Highly recommended.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Amaroo. Feeling rejuvanated from some time in natures beauty. The luxury chalets are just divine- very comfortable beds and I personally enjoyed the soft glow of the sun coming through in the morning. Loved the outdoor spa, we enjoyed a relaxing bath under the stars. The lounge restaurant was great, delicious and well portioned meals. The staff were lovely however a particular shout out to Mel. She was so sweet, her consistent warm and attentive energy was so appreciated!Big thanks- look forward to another little getaway in the future.

Overall we found this accommodation overpriced when compared to places such as the Ritz Carlton or a suite at crown towers.Good- the friendly efficient staff- the delicious dinner- the lovely smelling rooms andreception areaBad- small bed maybe a queen,maybe a double- the grass was all dead outsideour chalet- the chalets were not overlyprivate I would have preferred tothem to have vegetation betweeneach one as it is a large bushproperty- the breakfast was underwhelmingand I could have prepared a moregourmet version at home.

Our Villa was stunning and beautifully detailed. Unique luxury accommodation that we absolutely loved. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I had the best nights sleep I’ve ever had. There were lots of beautiful details and touches. Absolutely nothing to fault. The place was perfect. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We loved it ❤️
